My biggest piece of advice when choosing your outfits is to be true to who you are. The more comfortable you are in your outfit, the more confident you will be in from of the camera. I have broken the guide into three sections:
Neutrals, Pop of Color, & Patterns.
Of course you do not have to conform to the exact styles I have here - these are simply to give you an idea and then put your own spin on it!
I hope these inspire you and get you excited for your shoot!

OUTFIT GUIDE.
Neutrals.
Neutrals are a personal favorite of mine, so I am a lil partial to them. And rightfully so. I truly feel that neutrals embody a timeless aesthetic - never going out of style.
I would also like to add that is totally doable to mix neutrals and patterns together!
Below you will find some good examples of neutral outfits. I hope they inspire you!

Pop of Color.
Pop of color is such a unique style. Everyone loves different shades of each color and it’s interesting to see what colors you chose! My one recommendation is to make sure that if you are in a bold color, tone your spouse down a tad. Too much color and it can become extremely distracting - just balance the color with a neutral!
I love the pops of oranges and burgundy you will as you go through the photos below.

Patterns.
The last example I am going to show you is patterns. Patterns are dangerous -
they have the power to be incredibly elegant but they also have the power to be extremely tacky.
My BIGGEST recommendation is try to avoid wearing two patterns - unless one of them is very subtle. If you balance your pattern with a subtle color pop or a neutral you are golden.

I hope this was beneficial for you and you are walking into your engagement session equipped and ready to go. If you are still unsure or if you want to just double check your outfit/s - feel free to message me about it and I will give you my honest opinion!
I cannot wait to create art with you!
